  - Probably, you incorrectly have indicated a title of station. For example, instead of "Feodosiia" you have indicated "Feodossiia", or instead of "Kishineu" - an old title of "Kishinev". To avoid similar problems, try to specify a not full title of station, and only initial letters. For example, "Feod" for Feodosiia, "Kish" for Kishineu etc. Please let us know if station title was missed.
  
  
• I would like to find trains between two cities and I enter titles of stations, as is indicated at you search form: "Dnepropetrovsk …" And "Kiev …". But there are not stations.
  - You have indicated in an extremity of a title of station superfluous points. According to our search form "Prefix search (Kiev...)": the points are shown to explain to the user, what the difference between two kinds of search (context-sensitive and prefix).

  - For example, in case of prefix search all stations begin on a title, entered by you will be searched. If you will use context-sensitive search - all stations containing specific by you title in any part will be searched. For example, prefix request for "Kiev" will issue the following: KIEV MOSKOVSKII, KIEV PAS, KIEV PETROVKA, KIEV VOLYNSKII, KIEVSKII. And the context-sensitive search for "Kiev" will issue the following: ENAKIEVO, KIEV MOSKOVSKII, KIEV PAS, KIEV PETROVKA, KIEV VOLYNSKII, KIEVSKII, LGOV KIEV, MOSKVA KIEVSKAIA, NOVOKIEVKA.
  
  
• I search for a train number 41 and the whole list of such trains was shown to me. Why?
  - Because the numerical number of a train, to which the passengers have got used the concrete train does not determine unequivocally. Railways are used for unequivocal identification of a train its service code, which apart from of figures contains the letter in an extremity. That is why there are some trains with number 41, but going on different routes. It also caused necessity to specify route of a train for getting a train traffic route.
  
  
• I can not understand with periodicity of movement of trains on station. Why the periodicity of movement begins not with Sunday?
  - The periodicity of traffic of a train is formed "on the fly" at the moment of your request and shows traffic of a train for 7 days forwards, since a current day. That is why, if you come to us Tuesday, you will see periodicity of traffic since Tuesday till Monday of the next week. Agree, such mechanism is more convenient, especially, if today Sunday.
  
  
• And how to search for trains with changes?
  - In the current version this possibility is absent. But we plan to realize this service later.

  - The periodicity of train traffic is considered from departure station. It means, that you need to make the correction on train time movement to your station.

  - The searching on cities allows you to be defined in case of many railway stations in the city (for example: city Moscow has Kursk, Kiev, Yaroslavl etc. railway stations). Also this service allows to realize searching with changes on miscellaneous railway stations of the one city.
  
  
• How the distance optimization is works?
  - The given aspect of optimization will allow to discover shortest on distance interval (kilometers) routes between two stations or cities subjects to change.   - The increase of an amount of additional services will cause to sharp increase of the traffic on our WAP-site, and since we have not the sponsors supporting this project, payment we make for the personal money. Our numerous letters to the largest mobile operators of Ukraine and Russia infortunately, have remained without the answer. From our point of view it is means, that all these operators are not interested in development and support of the new WAP-services (and hereinafter and GPRS) or consider, that their users do not require this information.
  
  
• What future of the site WAP-version?
  - In connection with increasing of the traffic at ours WAP-site on the part of some mobile operators we, infortunately, shall be compelled artificially block access for the similar users, with the purpose of traffic decreasing. Our attempts to decide this question with operators have remained without the answer.
  
  
• Why SMS from yours site do not reach on my telephone?
  - Probably some variants:- More often operator simply blocks our address, since considers this messages like spam (which, on it a sight, you should not receive). Our attempts to contact to this operators to explain, that the information sent from us is useful, was unsuccessful.- It is possible, operator service sending or getting of the SMS simply «has bunged up». In that case try to repeat attempt later.- Check you account (may be this service is not adjusted at you credit line). Go on operator site and find out details.

  - It is mean, your operator is not introduced in our base. For this purpose, send us (webmaster poezda.net) the brief information on your operator (syntax of SMS-mailing xxx@operator.com, site URL and name of operator). We necessarily shall add it in our list after checking of the information.

  - Probably, you have not adjusted the telephone for operation with WAP, or simply were mistaken with address. Try to check by going to our site page and test ore WAP-version through phone-emulator of the cellular telephone. If all works – it is you problem, differently write to us about troubles.

  - For search of stations the latin characters are used, therefore, you need to enter the name of station such way: Moskva (Russian writing of stations Moskva instead of English writing Moscow) is used.

  - If you are hindered in writing of the name of city - try to enter only part of the name (for example: Sankt)
